Online or at our Subang Jaya office. Bring your results (actual or forecast), a rough budget and any half-formed ideas. Your counsellor asks the questions schools never do: what do you want your Tuesday mornings to look like in five years?
A ranked shortlist of 3–6 institutions with entry requirements, full costed fees, live scholarship positions and intake dates. It's yours to keep whether or not you continue with us.
Pick your targets and we prepare, submit and track every application. Personal statements reviewed, documents certified, admissions offices chased so you don't sit refreshing your inbox.
We negotiate award stacking where possible and make sure every waiver is printed on the offer letter before you sign anything. Then we sit with your family and compare the offers line by line.
Registration, hostel booking, EMGS or outbound visa filing, pre-departure briefing. Our job ends when you're settled in week one — and our line stays open after that too.
Sessions run Monday to Saturday, 10am–7pm. Evenings fill fastest around result-release weeks.
A note on independence
Partner universities pay EdgeBox a standard placement fee after a student enrols — the same fee across all partners, which removes any reason to push one campus over another. Where your best option is an institution we hold no agreement with, it still goes on the shortlist and we help you apply directly.
