These terms apply to your use of the website edgebox.help and to counselling services provided by EdgeBox Education Advisory Sdn. Bhd. (Company Reg. No. 202101038422 (1419706-D)), Unit 12-3A, Wisma Perdana, Jalan SS 15/4, 47500 Subang Jaya, Selangor, Malaysia. By using the site or booking a session you accept these terms.

1. What our service is

EdgeBox provides independent education counselling: course and institution shortlisting, scholarship identification, application preparation and submission, and enrolment support. The service is provided free of charge to students and their families; we are remunerated by partner institutions through standard placement fees payable after enrolment.

2. What our service is not

  • We are not an examining body and cannot alter, predict or guarantee academic results.
  • We do not guarantee admission, scholarship awards or visa approval — those decisions rest solely with institutions and government authorities.
  • Figures for tuition, living costs and scholarship bands published on this site are indicative estimates and change without notice; only an institution's written offer is binding.
  • We do not provide immigration advice beyond the administrative preparation of student-visa documentation.

3. Your responsibilities

You agree to provide truthful and complete information, including accurate academic records. Submitting falsified documents ends our engagement immediately and may be reported where the law requires. Deadlines communicated by your counsellor are your responsibility to meet once notified.

4. Intellectual property

All text, graphics and layout on edgebox.help belong to EdgeBox Education Advisory Sdn. Bhd. You may print or save pages for personal use; republishing content commercially requires our written consent.

5. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Malaysian law, our liability arising from the use of this site or our services is limited to RM 1,000. We are not liable for decisions made by institutions, examination bodies or immigration authorities, nor for losses caused by information you supplied inaccurately or late.

6. Termination

You may end our engagement at any time by written notice, and we may do likewise where these terms are breached. Sections 4 and 5 survive termination.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and any dispute falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Selangor. If any clause is held invalid, the remainder continues in force.
